Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking skilled individuals for 1st and 2nd shift on Molding position located in North County. This role is integral to the production process, ensuring the efficient operation of compression molding equipment and producing high-quality products. The position offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain compression molding machines to produce parts according to specifications.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any production-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with compression molding processes and equipment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Required Work Hours

This position requires availability for the 2nd shift, Monday through Friday. Specific hours may vary based on production needs.

1st shift 7:00am - 3:00pm

2nd shift 3:30pm -12:00am

Compensation: The position offers a pay rate of $19 per hour.
